General Terms & Conditions: DV Fun Club Workshops 

Time: 5pm to 7pm 

Location: Bunkuya Outlet, Lot G.138 (Purple Zone)

1. Registration & Participation

• First-Come, First-Served: Workshop slots are limited. Registration is only confirmed upon receipt of full payment or successful completion of the registration form (as applicable).
• Arrival Time: Participants are requested to check in at least 10 minutes before the scheduled start time.
• Late Policy: To ensure a smooth experience for all, participants arriving more than 15 minutes late will forfeit their slot. No refunds will be provided, and the slot may be released to other participants.
• Age Requirement: Children under the age of 9 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian at all times during the workshop.

2. Fees, Cancellations, and Changes

• Tiered Pricing Structure: Workshop fees are categorized by the complexity of the craft and the type of materials provided:
  • Level 1 (Basic): RM 10
  • Level 2 (Intermediate): RM 15
  • Level 3 (Advanced/Premium): RM 20
• Non-Refundable Policy: All workshop fees are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable to other dates or participants.
• Organiser’s Discretion: The Organiser reserves the right to replace workshop materials, specific activities, or instructors without prior notice.
• Workshop Cancellation: In the event of unforeseen circumstances, low participation, or safety requirements, the Organiser reserves the right to cancel or postpone the session. Participants will be notified accordingly.
• Schedule & Venue: Workshops will be held at Purple Zone beginning at 5:00 PM; however, the Organiser reserves the right to change the venue or time without any prior notice.

3. Liability & Safety

• Assumption of Risk: The Organiser shall not be held responsible for any injuries, losses, or damages sustained during the workshop.
• Health & Allergies: Participants (or guardians) are responsible for informing the Organiser of any known allergies or medical conditions relevant to the activities (e.g., glue, paint, or food-based materials) before the session begins.
• Equipment: Workshop materials and tools provided are for workshop use only unless otherwise stated.

4. Media & Data Privacy

• Photography & Video: By participating, you consent to the Organiser taking photos and videos for marketing, social media, and promotional purposes.
• Personal Data: Any personal information collected during registration will be used solely for workshop administration and mall updates and will not be shared with third parties without consent.
• Policy Updates: The Organiser reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
